Workout of the Day for April 6, 2010

Joint mobility drills
3 rounds of 10-15 reps of
:

Squats
Sit-ups
Back-extensions
Bent row
Push ups

Yoga stretching (for 15-30 seconds)
3 rounds for times of:

15 Dead lifts
15 Burpies
30 Squats
400 Meter run

Finish with 30 Kettbell swings
