Good mornings/Hip Extensions
Push ups/Dips
Pull ups/Ring Rows
Yoga stretching (for 15-30 seconds)
WOD
Deadlifts 5-5-5-5-5
Finish with Tabata Squats

Well, not only was the class full of great energy this evening, I was also able to deadlift a weight I never imagined possible, a great confidence booster for all ages, and definately a want to do the garage over and over again.
